Welcome to Shua ("the Bot"), a Discord bot designed for engaging gameplay and interactive features. By using Shua, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Bot.
1. Eligibility 1.1 You must have a valid Discord account and be at least 13 years old to use Shua. 1.2 Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parental or guardian consent to use the Bot.
2. Acceptable Use 2.1 You agree to use Shua only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. 2.2 You must not:
Abuse, exploit, or hack the Bot.
Harass, threaten, or otherwise harm other users.
Use the Bot to share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
3. Game Mechanics and Features 3.1 Shua includes interactive gameplay, such as card collection, battles, and economic systems. 3.2 Gameplay mechanics are subject to change at any time for balancing and improvement. 3.3 Exploiting bugs or unintended features is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties, including bans.
4. Purchases and Virtual Items 4.1 The Bot may offer in-app purchases or virtual items. 4.2 Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency. 4.3 Refunds for purchases will be handled at the discretion of the developers.
5. Privacy and Data Collection 5.1 Shua may collect and store limited user data, such as Discord IDs, gameplay progress, and statistics. 5.2 User data will be used solely for enhancing gameplay and providing support. 5.3 We will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 The Bot is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. 6.2 We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use Shua. 6.3 We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions.
7. Modifications to the Terms 7.1 These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. 7.2 Continued use of Shua after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination 8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Shua for any user at our discretion. 8.2 Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms or abusive behavior.
